AUSTRALIAN CLUBS WANTING PLAYERS

GCN is a recruitment organisation that finds cricketers and coaches for cricket clubs and schools all though out the globe. GCN is currently gearing up for the Australian summer season and would like to clubs to consider the benefits of using our recruitment service to find your overseas player.

Overseas players
There are 2 main sources. - English and Sri Lankan. Both countries provide a contrast in player standards. England provide a current or emerging county staff player as well as a good league standard players. The Sri Lankan players are ready- made 1st class standards and above.

GCN

We know that every club has different requirements, of their overseas players. As well as their prime skill as a player, some clubs want the right person around their club who can provide the right influence to both senior and junior development. Whatever the host clubs needs we will endeavour to find the right person for the job.

When the club has made an inquiry to recruit a player, we will send out a club application form. Once completed, we will have a better idea of exactly what type of player is desired. Once GCN has the brief, the recruitment process has began. The club will then be forwarded suitable players resumes. Then GCN will work with both parties, players and club to reach and agreement.
GCN will help the host club with all matters and inquiries to the best of their ability.

Fee structure
An outlined fee structured will be provided upon application to recruit an overseas player. A GST will then be added at a rate 10%.
